Package Includes :

•	Three days and 2 nights accommodation with breakfasts for 2 adults and one child in our Superior Sea View or Deluxe Garden View inclusive of return langkasuka boat transfer for check in and check out.
•	Complimentary daily return boat transfer to Langkawi Main Island as per scheduled time.
•	Complimentary WIFI at the lobby.
•	Complimentary one set dinner for two adults and one child.
•	10% discount on food and beverages.
•	10% discount on any Spa treatment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	Package valid from 01 February 2009 to 15 June 2009.
•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	3rd person is chargeable at RM200.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Child refers to age below 12 years old.
•	Additional RM385.00 nett per room per night to be upgraded to Deluxe Sea view or Deluxe Villa One Bedroom
•	Extension Nights is chargeable at RM400.00 nett per room per night inclusive of buffet breakfast for two adults and one child for Superior Seaview or Deluxe Garden View.
•	Check-in time is 1400 hrs
•	Check-out time is 1200 hrs
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Payment by US Dollar only to be made either by bank draft, telegraphic transmissions (TT) or credit/charge cards forty five (45) days prior to arrival. Based on prevailing exchange rates.
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate
•	All deposit paid is non-refundable.
•	No refund in part or full will be made after full payment received including NO SHOW on the arrival date and early departure.
•	The Resort reserve the right to pull back all NO SHOW room after 1800 hrs on the arrival date unless advance written notice is provided.
•	Late check-out till 1400 hrs is on request basis and subject to availability. Otherwise a day use rate of 50% of all room categories as offered will be imposed to a maximum stay until 1800 hrs and for extended check out until 2000 hrs a full night’s charge will apply.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card. The total stay charges shall be charged from guest Credit Card as a guarantee against the booking.
•	For Reservations without Credit Card guest are required to make a deposit into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation if any for the above period shall to be made within 50 days prior to the check in date, otherwise cancellation charges shall be imposed based on the total room reserved for the entire length of stay.
